QUICK HELP
A few good places to start.
01My generation did not finish
Check your connection, keep Muse open, and try once more. If credits were deducted without a finished result, email us with your account reference and the approximate time it happened.
02How do I manage or cancel a subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by the store where you purchased them. Open your Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Deleting Muse or your Muse account does not cancel an active store subscription.
03What happens to my photos?
Your selected portrait and reference remain on your device so the Studio can reopen them. Generation uploads are removed from temporary working storage after processing. Every completed result is added automatically to your private Lookbook so it is not lost; you can delete individual looks or your entire Lookbook whenever you want.
04How do I delete my account?
In Muse, open Profile → Account → Delete account. This permanently removes the account, saved looks, generated images, generation history, credits, and account information. If you cannot access the app, email support from the address linked to your account.
05Can I restore a purchase?
Yes. Open the plans and credits screen in Muse and choose Restore purchases. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple or Google account used for the original purchase.
PHOTOS + PRIVACY
You stay in control.
Completed results are saved to your private Lookbook automatically. You can forget selected photos, delete individual looks or your full Lookbook, or delete your account from inside Muse. For the complete details, read the privacy policy.
